Accredited Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and former food industry insider with a mission to help busy, driven, women build strength, confidence and a body they feel empowered in - without having to obsess over calories, meal plans or punishing workout routines.
There truly is nothing better than watching a woman break free from diet cultures, trust herself around food, start to lift confidently, and see her confidence grow. That’s what I want for you - freedom, balance, the energy to show up fully and to wake up every day feeling amazing in your skin.

Why I do This Work…
At 38, I know what it feels like to be stuck in the cycle of trying to do everything “right” with your health and fitness, and yet still feel confused, frustrated and not truly happy in your body.
For years, I was active and disciplined. Yet I never really felt my best, and my approach just never seemed to work. I did endless cardio, dabbled with different diets, cut out my beloved carbs (thankfully they are now back!) - convinced that more training and less food was going eventually work. Sure, I looked lean - but not fit or toned. And I felt pretty horrible to be honest. Permanently exhausted, irritable, and pretty physco around food. Training started to feel punishing, not empowering, and I made little progress.
Eventually I reached a point where I was tired of trying to figure it all out alone - so I hired a coach.
And that one decision changed everything. I learned how to lift properly, how to fuel my body, and how to really build strength. I realised how amazing it felt to build a strong, powerful body, instead of constantly trying to shrink myself. Within months I felt stronger, energised, and elevated - my workouts and food actually felt uplifting. And not only did I feel amazing - but my body also finally started to change in the way I had wanted it to! I didn't just feel fitter and stronger - I looked it.
But most importantly, this process showed me that I wasn't "failing" before - I was simply missing the right guidance and structure.
And that one single decision has led me on where I am today. An Accredited Nutritionist, Food Scientist and Personal Trainer, with a sole mission to help driven, capable women finally replace confusion with clarity. To create balance, enjoyment, and consistency with your routine. And to make sure you wake up every day feeling amazing in your skin.
