Hi, I’m Sarah, registered Personal Trainer, Accredited Sports Nutritionist and an Honors Degree in Nutrition and Food Science. And at 37 years old, I’m embracing change and designing my own new (and evolving) lifestyle map too! I created this space for women who are done with extremes and ready for something real.

Fitness and nutrition have always been my passion, though my journey hasn’t been without its challenges. I’ve faced numerous insecurities and unsustainable habits along the way, learning firsthand the importance of finding balance and flexibility with fitness and nutrition. These experiences, along with my knowledge and enthusiasm, have shaped my approach and ignited my desire to help others navigate the sometimes overwhelming world of health and wellness. And this has never been more true for ladies over 30.
